Your assistant can compare our three stays, check the calendar and calculate an itemized estimate. You review the request before sending it. Every reservation is personally reviewed by a host.
From a travel idea to a confirmed stay
- Choose a home. Units A and B are Carriage House apartments at Rosedell Estate in Yakima, separate from the mansion. Unit C is a separate bungalow in Selah and remains inquiry-only.
- Check dates and pricing. Your assistant can read our calendar and estimate the nightly charges, weekly savings and cleaning fee. Unknown dates need host confirmation; a price estimate does not hold dates.
- Review your inquiry. Open the assistant’s link with your chosen dates and guest count already filled in. Add your contact details and send the request. We will reply by email. No payment is taken at this step.
- Complete your booking. For an approved A/B stay, review the host’s exact offer and cancellation terms, complete lead-guest identity verification, and pay through the secure hosted checkout. An inquiry or estimate alone is never a confirmed reservation.
You stay in control of accepting terms and authorizing payment. Never give your assistant card details, identity documents, staff credentials or a door code.
Information for travel assistants
Our public API is available without an account. It provides structured property facts, policies, provisional availability and non-binding estimates using the same pricing calculation as host offers.

For an estimate, send arrival, departure (YYYY-MM-DD) and guests to
/api/guest/v1/properties/{unit}/estimate, where the unit is a, b or c.
Amounts are integer US cents. Dates and check-in times use America/Los_Angeles.
Refresh an estimate after its refreshAfter time and recheck dates before the inquiry.
Use guestHandoffUrl to open the guest form. If the response says choose_other_dates,
ask the traveler to select another stay. unknown availability is never a promise of open dates.
These read-only endpoints cannot hold inventory, accept an offer, charge a card or change a reservation.
Keep guest details and credentials out of API queries. Limit traffic to 60 requests per minute and honor
Retry-After responses. After an uncertain form submission, reuse the original submission ID;
Permission to submit a request
Direct submission through a delegated-agent API is not currently enabled. First-time and returning guests can use the assistant’s prefilled link to review and send an inquiry themselves.
Connection to a particular assistant depends on its capabilities. If yours cannot read our API, it can still help you browse our stays and prepare your request.
