# Rosedell Estate

> Host-reviewed stays in the Yakima Valley, Washington. Units A and B are Carriage House apartments at the estate, separate from the mansion. Unit C is a separate bungalow in Selah and is inquiry-only.

AI assistants can discover properties, read provisional availability, calculate itemized estimates, and hand the traveler a prefilled inquiry link. An inquiry is not a reservation. Every booking requires host approval; an approved A/B offer also requires the lead guest's agreement, identity verification and payment. Do not claim instant booking or autonomous payment support.

Use the current catalog's workflow fields for enabled capabilities. Public GET endpoints need no authentication, allow 60 requests per minute per client, and return integer USD cents. Honor Retry-After. Use America/Los_Angeles dates and half-open arrival/departure nights. Unknown or failed availability never means open dates. Estimates do not hold inventory or fix a price; refresh after refreshAfter and review the host's final offer and terms.

For estimates, GET /api/guest/v1/properties/{unit}/estimate with exactly arrival=YYYY-MM-DD, departure=YYYY-MM-DD and guests (integer). A guestHandoffUrl opens the form with that stay filled in; the guest supplies contact information and submits it. No contact details, tokens or card data belong in public API queries. Do not start another inquiry after an uncertain submission; preserve the original submission ID for a retry. A delegated request API, when enabled, requires the guest's explicit, revocable permission for one exact stay. It never authorizes acceptance, payment, reservation changes or access to door codes.
